Self-PortraitIn the last 20 years, Mr. Whittier has provided legal advice to clients involved in various diverse businesses such as textile manufacturing, breweries, re-insurance, entertainment and petroleum production equipment, both in the United States and abroad. This representation has involved the structuring of joint ventures for manufacturing/sales between U.S. clients and their overseas partners; incorporation of off-shore companies for re-insurance and investment purposes; negotiating the sale of foreign licenses to music publishing rights and creating long-term supply contracts for petroleum drilling equipment.

Mr. Whittier is a member of the bar in New York, England & Wales, Bermuda and Zimbabwe; and is also a member of the U.S. Court of International Trade.
